COMPANY POLICIES
Consultations & Scheduling
We encourage scheduling a consultation to ensure availability and proper planning. Walk-in inquiries are welcome when possible, but appointments are recommended. Please arrive on time for scheduled consultations; significant delays may require rescheduling.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations. Missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
Deposits & Project Scheduling
For certain projects, a deposit may be required to reserve your place on our schedule and begin planning or material ordering. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled projects when proper notice is given.
Safety, Cleanliness & Jobsite Standards
Your safety and home are our priority. We follow professional jobsite safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the remodeling process. If there are any health concerns, access limitations, or special considerations, please inform us prior to the start of work.
Satisfaction & Project Concerns
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns during your project, please notify us as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly. Due to the nature of construction services, refunds are not offered, but we are committed to resolving legitimate workmanship issues.
Home Access & Occupancy
To ensure safety and efficiency, we ask that non-essential occupants, children, and pets be kept away from active work areas. Please limit additional visitors during construction hours.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing is based on the agreed scope of work and is subject to change if project details are modified. We accept approved payment methods as outlined in your contract. Payment schedules will be clearly communicated before work begins.
Promotions & Offers
Any promotional offers must be presented prior to contract signing. Promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
Personal Property
While we take care to protect your home, we are not responsible for personal items not removed from the work area. Please secure valuables and clear designated spaces before work begins.
Right to Refuse or Suspend Service
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, unpaid balances, or repeated policy violations.
By scheduling a consultation or entering into an agreement with Dales Bathroom Remodeling, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
